Pancake Mix

Ingredients

4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups whole wheat flour (I substituted bread flour)
2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 tablespoon baking soda

Instructions

will keep up to 6 months

to make pancakes, mix 1 cup of mix with 1 egg and 3/4 cup milk
